Hey! Leaving for Florida tomorrow, very excited apart from one small thing...
Pete came down to walk me home from work when this girl, Crystal who works with me, says, " Is that your boyfriend?" i was like uh, huh and she proceeded to tell me how she was amigas with his ex-girlfriend and that she had been asking about me. Crystal said that she's been trying to find out who is new girl is and she is a psycho and i should watch my back. I laughed it off though and went home, Crystal is a bit strange herself, always telling white lies. she's a sweet girl though.
I walked home with Pete not even thinking twice about it, messing around as usual, just like you do when suddenly he got serious and said,
PETE; " Scar, I really have to tell you something, uh, you know my ex-girlfriend..
ME; " The one who you said was your soulmate?"
PETE; " Yeah, but no, she isn't, but, i mean, she's a little weird.."
ME; " So why are we talking about her, i don't think..
PETE; " She's seriously out to get you, I mean, serious. the girl is a complete nutbar, please be careful, watch yourself."
ME; Laughing hysterically
PETE, " Really, she's a loony!"
ME; " I'm sure I can handle her, really, I'll be fine.
So i laugh it all off and Pete doesn't mention it any more. we stayed in and watched " The Jungle Book", yes, Disney version, because Pete is in love with it but the whole time he seemed really quiet and withdrawn. When I asked him about it he just kept saying he was so so sorry about everything. But nothing had happened, yet.
Next morning there's this letter comes from me. i open it up and inside there's a flattened cereal packet and scrawled on the inside of the packet, in green ink, might i add, is the message, "you'd better stay away from him, coz when you're away I'll torch your prissy little house."
I mean, what the hell is that? Is somebody playing a joke on me or is this for real. ryan looked at it and he said that it seemed genuine because he always knew this girl was crazy and had heard her asking people about who is new girlfriend was and what she looked like etc.. She also claimed that she was gonna cut off the girl's head and feed it to her cat. So i have that to look forward too. Pete has been so overprotective. He's pretty much sitting on my lap as i type, right dearie. You can go home, i shall be ok. One things for sure though, we are NOT breaking up over this. if this is for real, then she can go screw herself because I have waited a long time to have this hot sexy guy and I'm not giving him up now. Stop, laughing. I'll fight this one to the death, which seems likely, uh.
